Cancel at least 48 hours before check-in and receive a full refund with no fees.
Cancellations within 24–48 hours of check-in may receive a 50% refund depending on property policy.
Some discounted rates are non-refundable. These are clearly marked at checkout before you book.
No-shows without prior cancellation are charged the full amount. Contact us before your check-in time if plans change.
Sign in to your AyaanGo account and go to Dashboard → My Bookings.
Select the booking you want to cancel and click 'Cancel Booking'.
Review the refund amount and confirm your cancellation.
You'll receive a confirmation email. Refunds appear in 3–10 business days.
