When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Can I modify my booking dates?
Date modifications depend on the property's policy. Go to Dashboard → My Bookings and select 'Modify' if available, or contact us for assistance.
How do I contact a hotel directly?
Hotel contact details are shown on your booking confirmation and in Dashboard → My Bookings → Booking Details.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. We never store your full card number.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn 2 points per $1 spent on hotels and 1.5 points per $1 on flights. Points can be redeemed for travel credits, free nights, and upgrades.
