Terms of Service

By accessing or using AyaanGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with 30 days' notice.

AyaanGo is a third-party travel booking platform. You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

• Provide accurate information when creating an account or making a booking.

• Be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.

When you make a booking through AyaanGo:

• You enter into a direct contract with the property or airline (the "Supplier").

• AyaanGo acts as an agent of the Supplier and is not itself the provider of travel services.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorize AyaanGo to charge the stated amount.

• All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise indicated and include applicable taxes and fees.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by Supplier and rate type:

• Free Cancellation: Available until the date shown on your booking confirmation. No charge applies.

• Non-refundable rates: Charged immediately and not eligible for refund.

• Partial refunds: Calculated per the Supplier's policy stated at the time of booking.

AyaanGo's service fee, where applicable, is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

All content on AyaanGo — including text, images, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to IndioTechConsulting LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

AyaanGo provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AyaanGo and IndioTechConsulting LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

• Actions or omissions of Suppliers (hotels, airlines, car rental companies).

• Any loss or damage resulting from force majeure events.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in [your county], [your state].
